TENANT FINISH AND BUILD-OUT

Barth Construction provides full General Contracting services for new tenant finishes in new commercial shell space or existing commercial shell space. In existing shell spaces we provide complete demolition and rework (including MEP/Structural modifications) of existing structures (interior/ exterior) providing a building shell ready for new tenant improvements.
We work with the new tenant to complete the interior and exterior finishes required to accommodate their business plan and needs.
The specific Design and FFE specifications are often provided by Franchised or Nation brands but we also offer full Design-Build services for those tenants that are developing a new business or updating an existing business model.
