Barth Construction manages all aspects of the hotel renovation project from award of the contract through project start-up,  completion and occupancy.  We approach the special needs of renovating an operating hotel with great care and appreciation of the unique requirements inherent in each project.  We work closely with the hotel staff to quickly address any issues encountered during the project and strive to help the property maintain a positive guest experience during the hotel renovation.
