Barth Construction manages all stages of the project.  From construction start-up through final delivery. We deliver on-time and on-budget projects by forming alliances with designers, structural engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and specialized tradespeople.

Barth Construction is licensed in many jurisdictions nationwide and we have completed many projects across the US.

Barth Construction offers a variety of commercial construction services including General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Design-Build Contractor.  We also provide services for complete demolition and rework (including MEP/Structural modifications) of existing structures (interior/exterior) providing a building shell ready for new tenant improvements.

As a Design-Build Contractor, we retain the Design Professionals and Engineers and take responsibility for both Design and Construction of the Project.  The design-build concept focuses on an integrated project solution for the owner.  The owner has a single point of contact to deal with for design revisions, budgeting, permits, project monitoring, and invoicing.  This allows for more freedom for project adjustments and ultimately maximizes the owner's value at project completion.

We also offer Owner Representation Services.  Barth Construction as the Project Manager of Construction provides oversight; design coordination; schedule control; observation and documentation; onsite monitoring.  These services also include reporting of progress, quality, and conformance to the Project Owner.
